Enrolments

Where is Court Grammar School?

Court Grammar School is on the corner of Bishop and Soldiers Roads, Mundijong WA 6123, in the Shire of Serpentine-Jarrahdale. It welcomes families from across the Shire and surrounds.

What year levels does the School teach?

Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12 on one campus: Early Learning (Pre-Kindergarten, Kindergarten and Pre-Primary), Primary School and Secondary School. Court Grammar School is an independent, coeducational school in the Anglican tradition.

How do I enrol my child?

Submit an Enrolment Application with the $75 application fee and the required documents (see Enrolment Forms, Fees and Information). Places are limited and waitlists apply for some year groups, so we encourage families to book a school tour and apply early. Siblings of current students are given priority; other applications are taken in order of the date the fee and all documents were received. Interviews and places are offered according to availability, at the discretion of the Principal.

What documents do I need for an enrolment application?

A birth certificate, an AIR Immunisation History Statement from Medicare (dated within two months of applying), the last two school reports and NAPLAN results. Where they apply, also include custody or parenting orders, visa or citizenship documents, medical or disability specialist reports, medical action plans and a USI number for Years 10–12.

Is there a school bus?

Yes. School buses run to Baldivis, Baldivis South, Byford, Leda/Orelia and Secret Harbour. Some routes are full and have waiting lists. Complete the Transport Agreement and speak with Reception to check availability – see School Bus Service.

Is before and after school care available?

Yes. Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) is run by Camp Australia. Families register directly with Camp Australia – see OSHC.

How do students and parents log in to SEQTA?

Use the School Portal page: students log in to SEQTA Learn, and parents to SEQTA Engage and the Parent Lounge. If you can’t access SEQTA, email school@cgs.wa.edu.au.
