Applications are now open.  Closing date Wednesday 1 May 2024

At Court Grammar School we aim to find boys and girls with a passion for AFL and use this passion to help develop them into elite footballers. Via a structured progression from primary to secondary school, students are exposed to professional coaches, athletes and resources during school contact time to excel the learning of our great Australian game.

Academy entry and Scholarship opportunities are available to Girls in Year 4-11 in 2024 for the 2025  intake.

Entry into the Academy is based on a tryout process and students are ranked according to their performance. Scholarships are awarded to the highest achieving players on the day, depending on the number of scholarships available for their year level. The results of the tryouts also allow students who perform at a suitable level to gain a place in the academy without gaining fee reduction.

This scholarship is awarded in 3 categories in each applicable year group, with the maximum discount shown below:

Category A:50% fee reduction
Category B:25% fee reduction
Category C:No fee reduction, acceptance into Academy

The continuation of this scholarship and placement in the Academy is subject to acceptable achievement and positive contribution to the ethos of the school, including a commitment to the co-curricular program. This is reviewed on an annual basis.

For further information, refer to our AFL/W Academy page.
