Court Grammar School is a growing Pre-Kindergarten to Year 12, Independent co-educational school in the Anglican tradition. Our aim is to build a sense of belonging with the necessary frameworks to allow our students to feel valued and included in all facets of learning.
Due to growth within the school we are looking for suitably qualified and highly motivated Education Assistants to work in our Primary and Secondary Schools for 2026 as follows:
- Primary School x 3 positions available
- Secondary School x 1 positions available
Selection Criteria:
The successful candidate will:
- Support the classroom teachers to establish an effective learning environment for students
- Have a sound understanding of the National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a positive attitude with interactions with other staff, students, and parents
- Have an appropriate qualification and experience, Certificate IV or III in Education Support / Disability Support or equivalent
- Work cooperatively in a team environment, and
- Support the Christian ethos of the school
